At Brush Creek Farm, we take great care in preparing and packing every order so it arrives in the best condition possible.
Local Pickup
Most of our fresh flowers, vegetables, baked goods, and farm products are available for local pickup only. Pickup details, dates, times, and locations will be listed at checkout or communicated after your order is placed.
Customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the scheduled pickup window. Because our products are fresh and perishable, orders that are not picked up during the scheduled time may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Local Delivery
Local delivery may be available for select products, depending on the order, location, and delivery schedule. If delivery is available, it will be noted at the time of purchase or arranged directly with us.
Please make sure all delivery information is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or unsafe delivery locations.
Shipping Availability
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, vegetables, and other farm goods, we do not ship most fresh products unless specifically stated.
Certain non-perishable or seasonal items may be available for shipping. Shipping availability, rates, and timelines will be listed on the product page or provided during checkout.
Processing & Shipping Times
For items that are eligible to ship, orders are typically processed and shipped according to the schedule listed for that product. Seasonal farm products may ship only during certain times of the year to ensure safe handling and product quality.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather, holidays, and other conditions outside of our control.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. However, if your shipped order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation.
All concerns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
