Refund & Exchange Policy
At Brush Creek Farm, we take great care in harvesting, preparing, and packing our flowers and vegetables so they arrive fresh and beautiful.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, produce, and farm goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been picked up, delivered, or taken from market.
That said, your experience matters to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product you received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation. We will consider each concern on a case-by-case basis and do our best to make it right when appropriate.
For quality concerns, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos if possible. This helps us better understand the issue and respond fairly.
